Reduce your risk from COVID quickly and naturally
Bill Sardi has some great observations and suggestions:

The absence of a fever (symptom) will not activate the production of antibodies. So, something else must be going on….
Furthermore, long-term Covid-19 symptoms (racing heart, crushing fatigue, shortness of breath, headache, muscle pain, sleeplessness, etc.) go unexplained. These symptoms are better explained by a vitamin B1 deficiency.
The human body of an adult only has about 30 milligrams of vitamin B1 (thiamine). It is easily depleted…..
The unexplained incidence of long-term Covid symptoms such as racing heart, chronic headache, crushing fatigue and even shortness of breath can only be explained by a deficiency of vitamin B1. No coronavirus, flu bug, or any other infection produces the symptoms observed with Covid-19…..
In 1897 a beriberi outbreak was believed to be caused by a germ. In fact, seventeen doctors claimed they had isolated the microorganism, until the epidemic vanished when unpolished rice was substituted for polished rice. Chickens also developed signs of the so-called viral infection, so they isolated the chickens in individual cages so there would be no viral transmission, but the symptoms persisted. Sound familiar? A lockdown of the chickens was futile. It was only when the diet of these animals was changed did

Preparing for Death
I did an interview recently on the little-known practice of preparing for a good death.
Here are some of the quotes I referenced:

Here, by the worship of God and by the fruit of faith, provision is made for eternal salvation. Let no one be kept back either by his sins or by his years from coming to obtain salvation. To him who still remains in this world there is no repentance that is too late.” -St Cyprian of Carthage
“If we were required to die twice, we could jettison one death. But man dies once only, and upon this death depends his eternity. Where the tree falls, there it shall lie. If, at the hour of death, someone is living in bad habit, the poor soul will fall on the side of hell. If, on the other hand, he is in the state of grace, it will take the road for heaven. Oh, happy road!” – St John Vianney
“…is not he a fool who seeks after happiness in this world, where he will remain only a few days and exposes himself to the risk of being unhappy in the next, where we must live fore eternity? We do not fix our affections on borrowed goods, because we know that they must soon be returned to the owner. All the goods of
Try a New Examination of Conscience
Sometimes it can be helpful to try a new examination of conscience to ‘poke’ your conscience.
A different series of meditations or inquiries may yield new insights into unconfessed sins.
This is an examination that follows the commandments and the precepts of the Church.
I love this examination from Father Miller, CSsR, which offers a different focus for each month of the year.
This examination was put together by a SSPX priest friend of mine that is very helpful. (This will open a PDF for download).
The book, “Pardon and Peace”, which I recommended in my interview with TradCatKnight is available on Amazon here.… Read the rest
